Joining the club is easy. You can either download an application from our membership page or you can complete this form.

2) Agree to the Club Policies and Membership Terms
3) Submit the form
4) Send in your payment
5) Someone will contact you
6) Come to next board meeting for introductions

    In addition to the club policies, you will also need to agree to the following general terms:

    - Mail your Membership Fee to PCGC after you submit this application.  Your membership application will not be considered until we receive payment.

    Or you can drop off your check into the club's mailbox at Poplar Creek Golf Course.  It is located next to the posting computer.

    - It is imperative that you post all scores either home or away.  Failure to do so may result in penalties to your handicap.

    - You must maintain a valid PCGC GHIN number to play in Club and NCGA-sanctioned tournaments.

    - You will need to attend the next monthly board meeting to introduce yourself and to talk further with the Membership Director.  Meetings are at Poplar Creek Grill Restaurant, Poplar Creek Golf Course at 7:00 p.m., second Thursday of every month.
